The successful formation of the society of rule by law is not only to depend on the perfect legal system,but to rely on the legal spirit which has influence on the common people.In the view of the history of global legal construction,good law system is an insurance of legal spirit.As for current legal system,our legal system lack in equal,In order to advance legal construction,we must cultivate legal spirit that the society is based on.
