With the continuous development and evolution of science and technology,we said farewell to printed copyright time of the 19th century and has gone through the electronic copyright era of 20th century.Now,with the rapid development of Internet,the age of copyright has also appeared in front of us.As an important component of cyberspace,blog becomes an unprecedented transmission mode of personal works.Along with its rapid expansion,the impact on social life will become larger and larger.How to understand and harmonize the spread protection and use of blog works under the network environment has become an problem that needs to be solved urgently.
