Based on the weakness of project claims technical measures at present,and combined with examples of engineering and Primavera Project Planner(P3).This article analysis in-depth the feasibility and necessity of using P3e/c for project claims management.Puts forward using P3e/c to project claims management,while controlling the progress and costs of engineering,playing the effect of multiple purposes.
