This paper brings forward a strategy of Heterogeneous database integration model implementation based on researching database integration principle, which is to build a middle layer software that is virtual database system among heterogeneous data sources.User with authorization could dynamic access and integrate all sorts of distributed, heterogeneous data resources through standard access interfaces and uniform data format supplied by virtual database system.
