A Method of Group Decision-making Based on the Cooperation and Satisfaction

In consideration of the concept information entropy and relative entropy,brings forward the concept of degree of noncooperation and dissatisfaction,and points out the degree of both noncooperation and dissatisfaction equal zero in ideal cooperation group. According to this character,the optimum model based on minimizing the degree of noncooperation and dissatisfaction is set up.At the same time,Genetic Algorithm is improved in order to be suitable to the model. At last,the practical calculation shows the utility and value of the method of group decision-making.
