Case Study on the Interaction of the Public Opinion and Judicial Judgment

There are interactions between judgment and public opinion.In this thesis,the structure of public opinion,pyramid model, lies in legal affairs and the intrinsic mechanism of the social process that social consensus affects judicial judgment were analyzed in detail by using individual case method in case sociology and theory of system control and minus feedback to search for the justice that should be after in the changing era in our country,named consulting justice.The interaction is so good to push the public makes law more powerful to protect civil right by the consultation and interplay with judicial department and political department.They are also reforming the law itself so that the consulting justice can be realized.
