Damage which is caused by the destructive of thunder is very serious to the communication system,but the SPD can solve the problem.The selection of SPD should satisfy with the safety requirments of the power line,and the selection must according to the calculation results so as to reach the relevant safety standards.From the selection of surge protective device for duty room power,the measurements of lightning electromagnetic pulse protective for automatic meather station were introduced.
