Design of Digital Switching Network Based on FPGA

Digital switching network occupies an important position in the program controlled switching system. The size of its capacity and dependability relate to the exchange capability and the reliability of the whole system. Currently application-specific ICs are adopted in digital switching network, which have higher cost. Describes an application using FPGA in digital switching network. No-blocking 4k4k switching network is implemented with single chip FPGA, which has high stability, great capacity, low cost.
