Management of Open PC Labs by Using IC Card

This paper introduces the mode of using IC card to manage open PC labs, and offers the blue print. The goal is to improve the efficiency of traditional management, which overcomes the disadvantages of tedious work, counterfeit tickets and slow calculating of tickets.
