Construction and Evaluation of Governmental Decision-making Oriented KMS

This paper takes the transformation of traditional information service in science and technology information industry into governmental decision-making(especially strategic decision-making)oriented knowledge service and management system as an example,originally puts forward the contents requirement and functional requirement of governmental decision-making KMS,probes into the evaluation method for the system so as to promote the application of KMS in governmental decision-making.
