A Qualitative Analysis on A Sort of Division matter

It is a useful problem to divide the point by percentage. It can be used in many ways, such as in the division of production quality and the assessment of bonus. This article constructs a algorithm integrated the theory of perceptron and the basic idea of self-adaptive algorithm and resolves this problem. At the end of this issue, the author gives an example to explain the value of this algorithm.
