A Superficial Analysis on Judicial Determination of Behavior Crime

The behavioral offence in judicial practice mainly lies in theory clarity of behavioral offence itself.The complete shape of behavioral offence is built by skeleton of the behavior.Therefore in actual operation,the behavior and materiality harm result,the behavior and dangerous status,behavioral beginning and behavior process are key of judgement.Certainly,distinguishing deep level of behavior crime must consider law profit,in particular some similar behaviors.
