The paper is under the background of the RD Management Information System constructed by Education Bureau of Shannxi Province,discusses the design of persistence layer for RD MIS.The paper also compares solu- tions of persistence layer which are popular nowadays,presents Gentle.net solution based on C#.net,designs and implements part functions using the solution.
