The paper begins with analyzing the function of the integrated anti-aircraft missile system in real battle,then lists combat effectiveness evaluation target system in detail,and established the model for combat effectiveness evalua- tion by adopting the method of Efficiency Index Function.And finally,the evaluation procedure of one kind of integrat- ed anti-aircraft missile system's combat effectiveness is also given and the result is simply analyzed in the article too.
