On How to Give an Effective Play to the University Journal Committee

The editorial committee of university journal plays a instructing, supervising and consulting role in the editing and publishing of journals. In order to give it an effective play, universities should, with academic level as a standard, determine and timely adjust members of editorial committee, establish working rules and motivate editors to spread sources of good essays.
