A mathematical model of codons and digital representation of the genetic information

A new correspondent research between the 4 alkali groups(C,U,A,G)in biology and the 4 Xiangs(TaiYang,ShaoYin,ShaoYang,TaiYing)in YiJing was proposed.By means of the correspondent reflex and two new operators introduced,a mathematical model of the genetic codons was formulated and a digital representation of the alkali bases and condons was derived in this paper.On this,a new genetic codon table containing digitals and different translations were presented.Then the digital rules which may exist in some substantial characters of the genetic information carriers,such as complementarity,synonymity and wobble ability were researched and discussed simplely.
