Information is one of the most important means to promote the competition ability of enterprises.It may face a variety of technical and management conflicts in the implementation process.The lack of full understanding of these conflicts and effective mechanism would directly affect the success of information projects.Therefore,it analyzes the causes of information conflicts and establishes the information conflicts model.Additionally,it examines the substance of the issues,and builds a conflict resolution mechanism based on Qlearning.This solution provides a reference for the enterprise information conflict management.
