A Quality Model of E-government Services Based on Supply Chain

The purpose of this paper is to present a new quality model for e-government services.Based on the domestic and foreign quality approaches,and the theory of supply chain in business management,this paper designs a new quality model of e-government services which has four dimensions: infrastructure,coordinated work,website quality and consumer satisfaction.
