A note on the real positive solutions of the operator equation AXB=C

We study the real positive solutions of the Hilbert space operator equation AXB=C.In the case that both A and B are positive,a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a real positive solution of such an equation is derived.A generalization of the recent work of CAv'1etkoviAc'1-IliAc'1 is obtained.
