Web-technology has brought many new challenges and opportunities for economic development. The development and popularization of web-economic has also opened specific economic times,which may be named as web-economic age. On the base of web-technology,all aspects of socio-economic system appear radical different features. The web-technology change the original mode of information communication and the position of customer,and bring up more dilemmas to enterprises. At the same time,all these features mean more opportunities for development.
