On Consequence of Valid Proofs

The consequence of valid proofs is a process to generalize the proof chain and reproduce the criminal objective facts from the knowledge or experience.Its veracity depends on the following aspects: weather the known facts and proofs are objective and true or not;weather the scientific principle and investigation experience are reliable or not;weather the investigators follow the correct logic thinking rules or not.Whichever aspect is wrong may cause the deviation in investigation and consequence and mislead the investigation work.
