According to the characteristics of Distributing Center delivering goods,the basal and systemic frame of the Distributing Center' s logistics delivery information system based on GIS has been introduced. And then, this dissertation describes the organization and construction of the spatial database. In addition,it discusses how to design and realize several important parts of the system in detail.
