Exploiting management information system software for regional water environment protection not only facilitate the management and inquiry of regional water environment information,but also help make a benefit-cost analysis for programming that aims at preventing and curing regional water pollution,thereby providing scientific reference for choosing the best plan.In this paper,the management information system for regional water environment protection is exploited,and that consists of the basic information database system of water environment protection and its application subsystem.
