The SCPS-TP was put forward to meet the space data communication environment based on the traditional TCP communication protocol,and has some applications in TTC network.At present,there is some study about Vegas congestion avoidance applied in SCPS-TP.In TTC network,the change of the network topology will affect the performance of Vegas.Based on BP neural network,this paper puts forward an improved Vegas,tries to reduce the influence of network topology change.Simulation results show that,the improvement can enhance the data communication performance of SCPS-TP in TTC.
