Research and implementation of telecom network management architecture based on Web services

In order to fulfill the requirements of integrated services and guaranteed quality of services from customers,and to solve the problem of cooperation of telecom network management systems,in the light of the idea service-oriented,this paper provided an architecture for telecom network management network according to the Web services technologies and principles of technology neutral architecture(TNA).And then,defined the cooperation process of services based on the architecture.Also,gave a prototype to verify such a model.Finally,the experimental results support the presented architecture model and prove its validity and applicability.
