Objective Discussing the strategy of nursing on patients with symptom of hemoptysis in bronchiectasis disease.Methods 50 cases were recorded with clinical nursing observation then,based on nursing experience of the patients with symptom of hemoptysis in bronchiectasis disease to discuss the strategy of nursing.Results Symptom of hemoptysis is improved in the patients and the complications of hemorrhage shock and suffocation are also cured and well-nursed.Conclusion Standardized,earlier and universal nursing is the principle of nursing the patients with symptom of hemoptysis in bronchiectasis disease,and better if getting the understanding and cooperation of the patients,which will effectively improve symptoms,decrease the rate of complications and shorten the time in hospital.
