A Characterization and Representation of the (p,q)-Outer Generalized Inverse in Hilbert Space

For any bounded linear operator A in infinite-dimensional Hilbert space H,its(p,q)-outer generalized inverse is denoted by A(2)P,Q,where P,Qare idempotent operators in H.By the method of operational partitioning of matrices,the equivalent conditions of the existence of A(2)P,Qare considered in this note;and a representation of A(2)P,Qbased on the(1,5)-inverse is presented.
