The author investigates the hospital workers(sample random)of national scope including 25s of the big and medium-sized hospital concerning the information diathesis in questionnaire,analyzing and discussing the result of the questionnaire,thereby understood the actuality of our country hospital workers of the information diathesis and the realization degree of Hospital Information System,finally summing-up the deficiency and various influence factors of information diathesis,put forward the emphases and orientation of the information diathesis education for hospital workers.
