In this paper, the design of operation and management system of computer terminal device is introduced based on Struts2, Spring and Hibernate. The methods of pagination display of recorders with Struts2 labels and batch processing recorders in persistence layer are explained. JFreeChart is used to display statistics recorders in Web chart. And thus, the unified information management of operation and management for computer terminals in broadcasting enterprise is realized.
