In order to prevent IP address embezzlement which brings the negative effects to data transfer and destroys normal network operation and application,the principle of IP address embezzlement and the common technique of preventing IP address embezzlement are analysed.The design of a network management project based on JMX technology is provided,and the simply implement with JDMK is discussed.
