Research on the Military Training Effect Based on Cloud Model Under the Informatization Condition

Under the informatization condition,the military training has highlighted the new features.The military training effect evaluation model isestablished based on cloud theory. It systematically describes the construction of evaluation index system method and cloud model evaluation steps,and then by using cloud model cloud generator,cloud merging algorithm,multiple attribute evaluation method,it effectively solves the problem of qualitative description and quantitative comprehensive calculation during evaluating effects of military trainings. Finally,examples prove that this method can well combine subjective and objective information together and effectively integrate fuzziness and randomness,so it is a simple,feasible effective method for evaluating training effect and of reference value forqualitative comprehensive evaluation research.
