This paper presents the principle of equal observations for frequency and uses it in the SOC design of locomotive speed signals processing system based on Nios II soft core processor.It realizes the equal precision acquisition and processing of locomotive speed signals and meets the requirement of dual closed-loop control of electric locomotive and works with good effect.
