Application of Level Set on Radar Image Segmentation

Level Set method is widely used in image segmentation,especially in the medical field.Level Set Method is used in radar image segmentation.First,electric field force model is used to preprocess the radar image to make it smooth.In this way,the original image plane is mapped to the plane of the electric field force model.Then,the Fast Marching method of the Level Set method is uesed to segment the preprocessed image.The experiment shows that:the final image segmented by the Fast Marching method with the preprocessing of electric field force model is smoother and has less noise than that without the preprocessing of electric field force model.
