On Binary Relationship between Domain Name Ownership and Interests to Information Derived

The binary relationship between Internet domain name ownership and interests derived from information of domain name is analyzed.In the benefit system of domain name,the domination interest is the core interest of domain,and the interests derived from information of domain name are the sources of the added value.Only by protecting the dominant interests of domain,the interests derived from domain name information could be ensured attributable to reasonable subject.Domain name is perceived as the form of information,but the nature of the domain name is not mental and spiritual.To study the legal property of domain name,the relationship between information interests and other intellectual interests must be clarified.
