Application of the interactive telephone conference system in Qinghai power corporation

Compared the access manner,meeting mode and audio quality of the connective Telephone Conference System with the interactive Telephone Conference System in Qinghai electric power system,the interactive TCS has two advantages: one is that a new open voice conference communication platform can be provided,i.e.anybody can attend the conference with handy telephone set anytime and anywhere;another is that it can provide timely and convenient means of conference organizing for electric power unusual event.The paper introduces the network structure,the application mode and application status of interactive TCS in Qinghai electric power system.
