Application Analysis on Construction of Water Regime Center in Henan Province

This paper deals with general project structure scheme for water regime centers in Henan province. The author gives detailed introduction and analysis about the scheme from aspects of unified platform construction,data sharing,and communication mechanism,also makes summary on key technologies and design ideas for system function realization as well. The constructed systems have provided prompt and reliable information support for flood control decision in Henan province,which has very important meaning for reference in the same kind system construction.
