The effectiveness evaluation of the tactic air defensive C~3I system is a multi–objective evaluation process,in which the selection of the objects~' weight is very important. We obtained a formula for determining the weight after strict mathematic analysis and deducing.Based on a set of indicators for evaluation and the formula for weight determination,an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the C~3I system was given. It was used for evaluating the effectiveness of the air defense C~3I system. The example proved the validity of the formula and the algorithm.
