A study of call admission control algorithm for self-similar traffic model

The paper analyses state of the art of call admission control studies. The call admission control algorithm is presented for self-similar traffic model in high-speed packet-switched networks, which introduces random admission conception. Computer simulation is used to validate the feasibility of the algorithm and advantages over classic CAC algorithms.
