Synchronization analysis for general complex networks with double time varying delay

Synchronization problem for general complex networks with double time varying delay was discussed.The restriction on the out-coupling matrix of complex networks was nonsymmetric and reducible.Complex eigenvalues and complex vectors were dealt with.Based on Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities,the sufficient condition of synchronization stability was developed by constructing an appropriate Lyapunov function.Synchronization problem of a numerical example was simulated to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the results.
