In this paper,topics such as to make scientific knowledge propagation,training and education on earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation better,to enhance abilities of saving oneself,saving each other and emergency service and disaster relief are discussed.Some propositions related the topics are given,which will be beneficial to enhance abilities of disaster preparedness and mitigation and to propagate scientific knowledge on earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation.
