On project quantity inspection

Combining the working experiences,the author introduces the calculating basis of project quantity,and on base of this,the paper also discusses about ability that people must maintain in order to well done the project quantity inspection work,it also states specifically about the item needs attention during inspection in the place,so as to assure the inspection results reasonable and thus make the forecasting accounts and final accounts become a well circle.
