Multisensor Intelligent Fusion Based on Utility Theory

Information fusion system should minimize the associated costs in terms of computational complexity,time and required resources in acquiring the information.A multisensor intelligent fusion technology based on utility theory is proposed,which uses maximum expected utility to select sensors,it is combined with evidence theory and applied to target recognition.The simulation result indicates that this algorithm is effective.
