Anomaly Intrusion Detection Technique of Support Vector Machine Based on Rough Set Attribution Reduction

In this paper the anomaly intrusion detection technique of Support Vector Machine(SVM) based on Rough Set Attribution Reduction is proposed.Then experiments and comparisons are conducted through the KDD99 data-set by respectively using the anomaly intrusion detection technique of SVM based on Rough Set Attribution Reduction and the conventional SVM.Experiments show that the proposed model outperforms the conventional SVM and it has a shorter detecting time and less storage,although the two methods have the similar classification accuracy.
