Detection and control of sticky in deinking plant

Sticky problems existing in deinking plant of Shandong Chenming Paper Group Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,and the problems of sticky for the workshop were dealt with enzyme.The results show that sticky problem gets a more significant improvement.The machine speed is increased by 24m/min,machine operating efficiency is improved by 1.42%,paper break time is reduced by 20 minutes average daily,comprehensive paper cost per ton is lowered by about 8.58 yuan.
