Study on the Anti-overloading Technique for Penetrating Warhead Charge

Based on the choice of explosive,charging structure and charging technology,this paper describes the anti-overloading techniques of charge in the large or medium-scale penetrator.Aimed at the malfunction in safety test,single target test was compared to multi-layer target test,the property of the residue was analyzed by many means,and the explosive impulse impact sensitivity was also tested.At the same time,the tested penetrator was observed by using industrial computed tomography,and the tested inert penetrator was dissected.So the reason of malfuntion was determined,and the charging structure and technology were improved and the safety test of the improved penetrator was succesful.
