A leader's internet ability include his knowledge of internet,his ability to make use of the internet,and his ability to conduct the public opinions on the internet.Generally speaking,the present leadership's internet ability cannot suit the requirements of the internet times.To strengthen the cultivation of the leadership's internet ability,we must start with the change of their concept,and accelerate the construction of the environment the internet office and personal internet application,let leaders gain their internet ability mainly through practice,combined with training and self-teaching.
