New method for transforming Vague sets into Fuzzy sets

Based on theory of Vague sets and voting model,methods for transforming Vague sets into Fuzzy sets are analyzed,and problems of the methods that have existed are pointed out,a new method for transforming Vague sets into Fuzzy sets is pre-sented,and its validity are improved。
