The Research of the Jurisdiction on Computer Economic Crime

This paper based on the analysis of the deficiency of the traditional jurisdiction division methods, elaborates in detail the methods for determining the jurisdiction anchor of the multinational network economic crime cases, and provides some ideas for the public security organs to determine the jurisdiction. It provides some guidance to improve the detection efficiency of the computer economic crime cases.
