Evidential analysis of the factors influencing researchers' adoption of OA journals

By issuing questionnaires,this paper finds the factors influencing the scientific research personnel's adoption of OA journals. After the hierarchical multiple regression for the data,the authors hold that facilitating conditions,experience,familiarity of OA journals and academic ranks of the researchers are of significant influence on authors' acceptance of OA journals,while the discipline,expectancy,performance expectancy,anxiety and payment for the published article are less significant factors influencing on the researchers' acceptance of OA journals.
