Interval VIKOR Multi-Criteria Decision Method Research Based on Cloud Model

For interval multi-criteria decision making problems,a method based on cloud model interval VIKOR decision method is proposed. Firstly,a method is proposed to transform the ordinary interval values into a cloud decision matrix which reflects the fuzziness and randomness of information. A method is then offered to determine the positive and negative ideal point and cloud model distance measure formula,based on which,a cloud VIKOR method is developed. Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of this method is verified through the example of air conditioning selection.
